Call to Artists
The Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation (Parks) and Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), seeks two artists for public art projects – one for Maple Leaf Reservoir Park and one for West Seattle Reservoir at Westcrest Park. Two artists will be selected from the same pool of applicants and each will be assigned to one of the two parks projects.

A letter of interest and qualifications are requested from artists both regional and national working in a variety of media who are interested in participating in an open competition for works of public art for the new Millcreek Community Center located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Up to $130,000.00 has been designated for art obtained through this process.

The City and County of Honolulu Commission on Culture and the Arts wishes to commission two works of art for Kapolei Hale, 1000 Uluohia Street, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii. One work of art shall be installed on an existing interior wall; the other shall be on the building’s exterior at the front entrance. This request for proposals is open to all artists (or artist teams) residing or working in Hawaii. The budget for the interior work of art is $50,000; the budget for the exterior work of art is $36,000.

Palm Beach County's Art in Public Places program is seeking artist(s) to lead the project’s team in creative site master planning and design of project features including an open-air sheltered pavilion with seating, landscaped plazas and a bell tower to display a 1000 lb. bronze commemorative bell recently cast to honor Palm Beach County’s centennial celebration (1909-2009). Donor recognition will be integral to the plaza design.

2011/2012 El Paseo Invitational Exhibition
ABOUT THE EL PASEO INVITATIONAL EXHIBITION:
El Paseo is the premier shopping street in Palm Desert and the Coachella Valley, located in Southern California. The exhibition space consists of eighteen concrete pads located in the median along a one and one half mile stretch of prime retail. Artwork will be installed October - November 2010 and remain on site until November 2012.
