Applicant Presentations

• Required of OPG I & OPG II applicants only (applicants will be notified of date and time) – May 2008

Grants Panels Convene

• Six grant panels convene to review grant applications by category. Panels review, score, and make funding recommendations based on information and artistic materials provided by applicants – May 2008

Award Recommendations

• Panel recommendations reviewed by the Arts Council for Long Beach Allocations Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors – July 2008

Informal Notification of Grant Awards

• August 2008

Official Notification of Grant Awards

• September 2008

Grant Contract Period

• October 1, 2008 – September 30, 2009
